Kismet

I haven't actually followed any of these recipes step by step simply because I don't tend to do that, but I come back to this cookbook often as a great reference for flavors and inspiration. I'm sure anything you make from here will be delicious. Very bright and vegetable forward Southern Californian meets vaguely Middle Eastern.

Somehow I have still never dined at Kismet, but if it's anything like their cookbook or takeout rotisserie chicken, I think I will love it.
