Milk Street Kitchin-to Knife

My friend and former roommate Francisco once described this knife as “the Nike Air of knives” and he was kind of right. Light, smooth, comfortable. Of the two knives I use most often, I reach for this one for vegetables and everyday prep. The heavier knife is for fish and meat and stuff.
