Lucy Apples

Lucy Apples gifted me some of their gorgeous pink apples from the last of apple season. I've had a few so far and they're delicious, sweet but not cloyingly sweet and the inside varies from more solid pink to a watermelon radish like pattern. So lovely. I feel like apples in LA vs on the East Coast are a lot less exciting and I typically just stick to Honeycrisp, but will definitely keep an eye out for Lucy next fall.
