As a Dutch person, it's in my DNA to love cheese. I eat cheese pretty much every day, morning or night. I like what I like (Gouda, Super Sharp Cheddar, Petit Basque) but I would love to be exposed to some cheeses that I wouldn't naturally come across or gravitate towards.
